This website offers visitors the chance to purchase unique hand made woodcraft gifts, kitchenware, indoor and outdoor wooden furniture., games and more in a variety of wood finishes. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The Customer agrees that David Heron T/A The Woodman's Hut will not be liable for any losses or damage suffered by the Customer including but not limited to damage to neighbouring or connected items or premises, consequential loss, loss of business, business interruption or loss of time due to the use or purchase of the Goods by the Customer and have no liability to pay money to you by way of compensation,

If the goods we deliver to you is not what you ordered, damaged or defective, the incorrect quantity, you must inform us in writing at our contact address or at our contact email within ten days of the delivery date of the goods in question other wise we will have no liability to you,

You are responsible for observing and complying with all applicable regulations and legislations, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permit when purchasing goods from our website, David Heron T/A The Woodman's Hut will make no representations and accepts no liability in respect of the import or export of goods purchased on this website.

You must inform us in writing of non delivery of your order within 6 weeks (42 days) from the day you place order, otherwise we will accept no liability for your order.

When you complete the checkout process you are entering a purchase contract with David Heron T/A The Woodman's Hut. You may contact us at anytime to cancel your order prior to dispatch except where your order is personalised or a bespoke made to order item then cancelation of your order will not be possible and you will be liable for the full payment of the contract you entered into at checkout.

Country of jurisdiction
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of England, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in England. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
