Best way to contact me!
For whatever reason you want to contact me, the best way is by this contact form, the chat option or by e-mail and I will endeavour to get back to you that evening. Contacting by phone is not the best option as my workshop can be noisy and therefore I often wear ear defenders and the mobile phone signal at the workshop is also not the best. Another option is through Becky but this is not the most reliable option! Thanks for understanding.

How do I place an order?

Head to the shop page of this website on your computer, tablet or mobile phone where you will find everything for sale. Pop what you want in your basket then head to checkout where you can securely make your payment. For any bespoke items just simply contact me through the ways above. From Facebook or Instagram click on the link to be directed to this website to order.

How long will my order take?

I will endeavour to have your order with you as soon as possible but you should allow up to three weeks for your order under normal circumstances. However please realise that all items are handmade and nearly always made to order by only myself, so at busy times this may be longer. Once your order is ready I use a 1-2 day or 2-3 day courier service for delivery.

Returns & refunds

I hope for my customers to be 100% happy with their purchase and experience when shopping at The Woodman's Hut so if there is a problem please get in touch so we can sort it. Most companies don't accept returns for personalised items (unless they are faulty or damaged) but if you are not happy when you receive your personalised item get in touch and if we can't rectify the problem I'll be happy to refund the item minus shipping costs.
